EDUCLOUD ACADEMY AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

Welcome to the Educloud Academy Ambassador Program. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your participation as an Ambassador.

I. APPOINTMENT AND ROLE

1. Appointment: By submitting your application and being accepted, you are appointed as an Educloud Academy Ambassador ("Ambassador") for your respective institution/community.
2. Role: Your role is to represent Educloud Academy, promote our platform, lead student initiatives, and foster a community of learners interested in Cloud and AI.
3. Status: You are an independent volunteer leader. This Agreement does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Educloud Academy.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Ambassador, you agree to:

• Actively promote Educloud Academy within your campus or community.
• Organize or support at least one technical workshop, seminar, or event per semester.
• Share your learning journey and Educloud Academy updates on professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Provide feedback to the Educloud Academy team to help improve the platform.
• Maintain a professional and inclusive conduct in all activities related to the program.

III. BENEFITS AND PERKS

Educloud Academy provides the following to active Ambassadors:

• Platform Access: 100% free unlimited access to the Educloud Academy platform during your tenure.
• Early Access: Opportunity to test new features and tools before public release.
• Support: Technical guidance and resources for organizing events.
• Recognition: Official digital badges and certificate of participation upon successful completion of the term.
• Exclusive Swag: Access to limited edition Educloud Academy branded apparel and accessories.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Educloud Assets: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Educloud Academy logos and brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the program in accordance with our branding guidelines.
2. Content Creation: Any content (articles, workshops, videos) you create as an Ambassador remains your property, but you grant Educloud Academy a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, share, and promote such content for marketing and educational purposes.

V. CONFIDENTIALITY

You may receive access to non-public information about Educloud Academy’s roadmap, features, or internal processes. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

VI. TERM AND TERMINATION

1. Term: The initial term is typically one academic year, renewable by mutual agreement.
2. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice.
3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease representing yourself as an Educloud Academy Ambassador and return any materials if requested. Access to perks may be revoked.

VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Educloud Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Ambassador Program.

VIII. CODE OF CONDUCT

Ambassadors must adhere to the Educloud Academy Code of Conduct. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that brings Educloud Academy into disrepute.

IX. AMENDMENTS

Educloud Academy reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. Any significant changes will be communicated to active Ambassadors.

By applying to the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Ambassador Agreement.
